Our sports towels measure 40cm x 80cm and weigh 180 grams when dry. Bathroom towels are usually 70cm x 140cm and weigh 500+ grams.

Compact sports towels also dry faster and take up less space in the laundry, which is convenient for sports clubs and fitness centers.
Durability Testing
We wash test samples 200 times before approving production batches. Sports towels need to withstand daily washing at higher temperatures (60°C) compared to household towels washed at 40°C once weekly.
Odor Resistance
Cotton fibers we source have natural antimicrobial properties. After treatment, sports towels resist bacteria growth that causes smell. Regular towels develop odor faster when used in humid conditions.
Color Retention
We use reactive dyes that bond with cotton molecules. Colors stay consistent for 500+ washes. Important for teams with specific brand colors. Standard towels often fade after 100 washes.

We purchase cotton from three main regions: Gujarat (55% of our supply), Maharashtra (30%), and Madhya Pradesh (15%). Gujarat cotton comes primarily from Ahmedabad and Surat districts. We work with 8 different cotton mills that meet our quality specifications for fiber length and strength.
With proper care, our towels last 500-700 washes. This equals approximately 2-3 years for gyms washing daily, or 4-5 years for individual users washing 2-3 times weekly. We test samples through 200 wash cycles before approving any production batch. Proper care means washing at 60°C maximum temperature and avoiding bleach.
